Thanks for the corrections. I made those changes.
The chapter, actually, was longer than it usually is. I try to make a chapter anywhere from 1,900 words to 2,100. This chapter was over 2,500. The journey does continue in the next chapter, after all, we're talking aboiut a very long sea journey ahead of them.
I was thinking about bringing in the Monstrous Strangulator, but in this story, I really wanted to bring in all new species of dragons. Actually, these Sea Devils are of my own creation. All the other new dragons have been either mentioned in the movies and not shown, or in the books and yet to be seen on the big screen.

Haha cool lol. IDK why I didn't notice it was longer. And You're welcome ^^. And I was kind of expecting that the shadow lord's dead body or something would appear, if it were the monstrous stranglator. If only I read the books... So can I ask you something in a pm? Its ok if you dont want to XD.
Oh, and that monstrous nightmare, Blue. is his/her body or part of his/her body blue? It would actually be weird to see a blue nightmare. XD Cant wait for the next chapter!! ^^.
EDIT: Lol, when the moaning came from underneath their boat, for like a second I thought it was the Shadow Lord. I was all like "OMG its alive!" XD.

Feel free to ask me over PM.
The Shadow Lord was not in the books, that was a user created dragon. To tell you the truth, I've only read the cliff notes and wikipedia pages on the books. ;D
Yes, this Monstrous Nightmare has two different shades of blue, with a little bit of black, just like the one in the movie was Red, and orange with a little black mixed in between. All dragons are not the same color. The primary Monstrous Nightmare colors are either Red (as seen in the movie) or green. This blue one, I created, is a very rare color.

Haha cool, lol. I was actually gonna tell you that Snotlout's nightmare was called Fireworm and not Blue, until i came to that other part XD. Lol, I can't wait to see how they're gonna take him/her to Ivar's island. i guess Snotlout will have to be flying him/her XD.

Very good. The next chapter, we learn how most of the Young Vikings have bonded with their dragons and given them names, and we learn the name of their dragons. It's part of a very touching scene between Hiccup and Astrid.

Haha cool, lol XD. I can't remember if the other dragons had names though. I only remember Fireworm. So i guess you're gonna have to invent names for them, right? XD

Not planning on making up any names on my own.
Fishlegs's dragon is called Horrorcow (though in the book, his dragon was a basic brown dragon.
As you stated, Snotlout's dragon is Fireworm
Ruffnut and Tuffnut will not have given their dragon a name yet, mostly because they can't agree on a name. In the book, Tuffnut did NOT have a twin sister, and it is not said if he had a dragon or not.
Even Stoick has a few dragons, but I haven't decided if I was going to mention them or not.

I'll have to check another source on that. The HTTYD wikipage says that the name of the dragon was Horrorcow.

The thing about the books is that the names of the Vikings, Dragons, and villages all have silly names.
