Morning walk
It was a sunny morning on Berk. The sun was rising in the clear Sky with not many clouds. It was one of those peaceful mornings that the villagers actually enjoyed. Most people were already working. Some dragons were flying wit their riders. Others still remained asleep.
Though Misael couldn't spend this peaceful morning in his own bed. The smaller dragon living with him and as usual, waken him up. She found doing so somewhat fun. To Misael, not so much. But neither did it annoy him.
Silvermoon had started to like going on walks with Misael through the forest. And she thought that that morning would be a perfect time to do so.
The two were walking through it. The forest did seem a lot more peaceful and calmer that morning. Misael felt better that way, since most of the time he felt afraid that something bad would happen.
As they walked, Silvermoon as usual walked ahead of him, looking around at most things curiously, enjoying the ambient. She would sometimes try and chase some butterflies and attempt catch one. Eventually she gave up, and continued walking.
Meanwhile Misael just watched the dragon. It was a cute sight to watch her chase butterflies and walk up to lots of stuff, looking at them.
He took a deep breath. He was already getting a bit tired of the walk. Soon they arrived to a small stream. She hopped into it, and played with the water for a bit.
Misael sat down on a large rock, "Let's stop for a bit ok?" Misael said. Silvermoon looked at him and nodded with a smile.
Misael smiled back and dipped his hands into the stream, and took out some water which he used to clean his hands. He sighed and sat back, and took a moment to look at his surroundings. The morning actually did look great. He began to think of other stuff.
He was suddenly interrupted by a nudge on his hand. He snapped back into reality and looked at Silvermoon, who looked back at him. "Beutiful day huh?" he said, scratching the dragon behind the neck. She nodded and purred, closing her eyes. That spot was her favorite place to be scratched, just like her father. Misael smiled and scratched her a bit more, and gave her a pat on the head. She opened her eyes and looked at him, as if asking what they were going to now. "I can stay here forever," he said. "Or well, not forever but for a while".
Silvermoon also agreed. She would also love to stay there for a while. They both sat there, enjoying the wind for a while until Silvermoon began to get bored. she stood up an streched her body a bit, and looked at Misael. He was facing another direction. She quickly got an idea, and with a grin slowly began to walk away. Her steps slowly went faster, an once she was a certain distance away she let out a small Roar, loud enough or Misael to hear. He turned around, "Hey where are you going??" he said standing up. She stuck her tongue out at him and began to run away. "Hey come back!" he yelled as he began to chase her.
Silvermoon was quite fast for her age, and she was running as fast as she could. Misael tried his best to keep up, but he still felt a bit exhausted. "Silver..wait!" he said. He was already beginning to slow down. There were bigger trees up ahead. He stopped for a bit to catch his breath and moved on. "Silver?" he said as he began to search. There were no signs of her. "Silver, I don't want to play hide and seek!". He searched around the trees and still found no sign of her. "Where is she?" Misael said to himself to look around. The trees were more closer to eachother and casted several shadows, and some of the sun's rays went through the openings which made the place look great. "Ok, I give up! Just come out from wherever you're hiding!" Misael said. He walked past a few more trees until he heard something. He walked towards the sound which led him to another tree. He looked around it but found nothing. He then heard a small playful growl from behind and turned around. "Oh Silver, there you are!" he said until he fully saw her. She was hanging upside down, using her tail to hang onto a branch. She let out another playful growl and waved her paws at him. Misael could help but just begin laughing. She looked so cute and somewhat funny how she was. She closed her eyes and stuck her tongue out again, which only made Misael laugh harder. After a while he managed to calm himself down until he was just smiling. The smaller dragon smiled back. "Ok, lets go back home now, ok?" he said still smiling. Silvermoon nodded with a smile. She pulled herself onto the branch and jumped into Misael's arms, and licked his face. Misael patted her head, and they both began their way back home.
